A commercial real estate agency Savillis in Poland has been made the exclusive agent for commercialization of the building Tulipan House and it will be responsible for cooperation with current tenants as well as for the lease of the remaining free area.
Tulipan House is an office block which has 18 599.40 square metres of lease space, including 1 302.60 square metres which are now available to let. The Harmony Office building has the surface of 19 267.42 square metres. The entire block has been rent out as the head office of Millennium Bank.
The Savilis managers team will coordinate the technical service and repairs, manage rentals and operating expenses, and it will supervise the insurance for both office blocks.
