Two lease transactions of Green Corner, in which the surface of around 14 380 square metres was rented, were carried out lately. Ruch S.A., one of the tenants, will occupy 2380 square metres.

The following companies can be found among the tenants of the office surface in the building:Nordea Group, Grant Thornton, Chi Poland and Jones Land LaSalle Group Services. The building of the office block was initiated in February 2011. The building is scheduled for completion and putting into use in the fouth quarter of this year.
Green Corner is an A class office complex which was built in the spirit of balanced building. It received LEED pre-certification. The complex, located at the junction of Chlodna and Wronia Streets in Warsaw, will consist of two buildings of total area of 27 000 square metres.
