We always attempt to fulfill their expectations, providing among others the gratest possible flexibility in the area of interior arrangement. Cooperation with our new lessees has been very successful, and as a result as much as 95% of total office area in both buildings is rented out even before the investment's completion.

Building A was completed in march 2012. First lessees, Ernst & Young and Grupa Allegro, moved into the building in april.
