It is a seventh transaction in recent 24 months made by IVG on commercial property market.

IVG company has bought the Warsaw's office building located on Lwowska St. from one of the Pramerica-managed funds. Norway House is a 9-level office property situated in capital's city centre, at the Lwowska and Koszykowa St.'s junction, near the Politechnika metroline station.

The building is fully rented out and offers around 5 000 m2 of modern A-class office area. Norway House's main lessee is Clifford Chance law firm, occupying over half of total offered space. Among the lessees are also one of Nordea Bank's main branches, Comanche Inestment's chamber and Aero 2 telecommunication company.

We hope that the purchase of Norway House won't be the last proof of our investment activities on Warsaw's commercial property market this year – says Maciej Zajdel, Managing Director of IVG in Poland.

IVG is also the owner of Victoria building in Wola, BTC near Wierzbno subway station, Ujazdowskie 10 St. - near the diet, N21 – on Nowogrodzka St. and Pałac Młodzieżowy – near Old Town. In turn, it sold Horizon Plaza building in Mokotów.
