ECO Dalkia moves to Plac Unii

Warsaw. A leader in the area of energy services will rent 5 000 sq.m.

 

Warsaw office building at the junction of Boya-Żeleńskiego and Puławska St.'s will deliver 41 000 m2 of office area to the market, of which 5 000 m2 has been rented by Dalkia company- global leader in the area of energy services, developing innovative solutions for balanced growth of cities and companies. The deal has been signed for seven years and the one responsible for acquiring the company was BNP Paribas Real Estate.

BNP Paribas Real Estate is still a new company on Polish property industry, however with a local experience and global backup. Acquiring Dalkia as a lessee for Plac Unii offcie building is an another milestone on the road to gain even better position on the market for us - says Philippe MerBNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, Head of Territories for Central and Eastern Europe, CEO Poland.

Currently being erected in Mokotów, Plac Unii will be a complex consisting of  three buildings, two six-floor and one 21-storey scyscraper. The structure which is to be completed by the fourth quarter of coming year is being realised by Liebrecht & Wood developer company and BBI Development investment fund.

It's worth mentioning that in may office part of the Plac Unii office-commercial complex being erected in Warsaw recieved a BREEAM certificate on a "very good" level, which is granted to buildings constructed in accordance to sustainable building rules. Among the many pro-ecological solutions one has to mention installing water leak sensors, air quality monitoring, sunlight access and light intensity control.
