ECO Complex in Warsaw has new owner

In NORDEA HOUSE/Green Corner many eco-friendly solutions are applied
Skanska Property Poland has sold NORDEA HOUSE and Green Corner for 94,6 milion euro.

Varsovian business complex of two office blocks: NORDEA HOUSE and Green Corner, has been sold to two real estate funds of RREEF for 94,6 milion euro. Previous owner, Skanska Property Poland, signed sale contract in 28th of December 2012.

The first tenants moved into complex in December 2012. The complex features 27 000 m2 of combined office space and is situated in Wola borough in Central Business District. Colliers International was the only agent of this transaction.

The complex is currently leased in 95%. One of the building was renamed NORDEA HOUSE after Nordea Group leased 7 600 m2 office space. There are also Grant Thornton's and Jones Lang LaSalle Group Services's offices in the building. Whole Green Corner has one leaser, one of govenrment's departments. Administrator of the complex is Jones Lang LaSalle.

Selling, recently build, NORDEA HOUSE and Green Corner, which were rapidly leased is a proof that, Green office buildings are very appealing for tenants. This type of constructions are great and stable investments -  stated Waldemar Olbryk, director of Skanska Property Poland.

Complex was precertified, platinum, by LEED.

Skanska is currently another office project in Warsaw, namely: Atrium 1, which is to offer 18 000 m2 office space build using innovative eco-friendly means, for example: geothermal heating-cooling system.
