Skanska Property Poland signed new lease contracts for the Poznań office building, which makes it leased in 50%.

Construction of Malta House is reaching its end, and the tenants are becoming more and more interested. The investor, Skanska Property Poland, signed four lease contracts for the space in Poznań office building. After the summer holidays, investment company Franklin Templeton Investments, IT company Ciber and Skanska S.A. will move there. On the ground floor there will be a canteen.

Ciber is a global IT company, which will lease in Poznań 1,000 m2. Moving is planned for September, two months after the building will have been opened for business.

More space, 3,200 m2, was leased by Franklin Templeton Poland, a company specialising in the management of investment funds. It will move to its new place in November 2013.

We opened our first office in Poznań in 2007 and we are very happy because of its development. The office was spacious, but expanding scale of its activities forced a need for additional space. We are happy to have signed a lease contract for space in Malta House, which is a modern building, designed in high standard and very conveniently located – says Alok Sethi, member of the board of Franklin Templeton Investments Poland Sp. z o.o.

2,500 m2 of space will be devoted to offices of Poznań branch of Skanska S.A. Currently, there are ongoing negotiations for the free space left in Malta House. The building offers in total 14,700 m2.

I am very happy that such demanding tenants as Franklin Templeton Investments and Ciber chose Malta House. Many companies are interested in having offices in this localisation – we are in the process of more negotiations and we will soon sign more contracts. Now, when the building is almost finished, its assets and great localisation, very close to Malta lake, can be seen. The view from the roof terrace really is amazing. If we add to that an excellent technical specification and the biggest in Poznań storey area with a lot of elasticity, we will get a unique, timeless project. All of the tenants with whom we are negotiating appreciate that – comments Arkadiusz Rudzki, Leasing & Asset Director in Skanska Property Poland.
