Wrocław office building Aquarius Business House was finally sold to a Spanish investor
Echo Investment signed a sale contract for Wrocław office building. The buyer is Spanish investor Azora Europe.

Aquarius Business House, located in the centre of Wrocław, on the junction of Swobodna and Borowska streets, has been sold by Echo Investment company. The price in the contract amounts to 41,9 million Euro. Spanish investor Azora Europe became the new owner. For the next 5 years, the administrator of the building will be Echo Investment Property Management. Currently, 98% of the building’s space has been leased.


The complex consists of two 7-storey buildings. The whole area for lease in Aquarius Business House amounts to 25,000 m2. The first stage was finished in November 2012, and finishing of the second is planned for October 2013. The design of the project was made by Arcad studio from Kielce. The users have 410 parking spaces, 323 of which are located on a cubature lot, 37 on underground lot and 50 on a lot, located outside. In the object there is a number of modern technological solutions. Aquarius Business House offers high quality teleinformatic joints and systems of security and access control. In the object there are systems, which allow to administer media and energy in environmentally-friendly, effective and energy-saving ways. The contractor of the shell of a building is Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex S.A.


In the framework of the complex there are also additional functions, such as health centre, lunch bar, restaurant, café, press stall and fitness club. There are also special stations for the bicycles, changing rooms and showers.


Tenants of the object include such companies as Tieto Poland, PwC, BNY Mellon, AXIT, Randstad, Lux Med, BOŚ Bank, Expander Advisors, Credit Agricole and Farmacja Plus.
