New office of Newell Rubbermaid company will have 1,925 m2 of space. The tenant will move into the building at the beginning of the following year. Colliers International company was an advisor during the transaction. The investor of the office building is Von der Heyden Group.
The new tenant is one of the biggest distributors of office and school stationery. Newell Rubbermaid is working in over 100 countries, offering such brands as Parker, Sharpie, Lenox or Wateran.
