Said contracts concern both new tenants and the companies, who enlarge their space and prolong lease of the building. Additionally, Atlas Estates, the owner of the object, has modernised air-conditioning system of the office building.
The biggest among new tenants of Millennium Plaza is iZi Office, which will move into 1,005 m2 of space. The company offers entrepreneurs finished office space and backing services for the business. Another new tenant is Impel Cash Solutions, which transports pecuniary values. It will move into 282 m2 of space. The tenants, who decided to enlarge their space are, among others, conference centre Golden Floor and Alior Bank.
iZi Office will make office space with needed equipment and infrastructure available to its business clients in August. Company's portfolio includes virtual office services, coworking, lease of space and backing services for companies, so-called back-office. We were looking for a localisation in city centre, which will let our clients reach workplace comfortably. We decided that Millennium Plaza will be the best, as it is well-communicated with the airport, train station and Warsaw's main arteries. Golden Floor company has decided to lease an additional storey. As a result of the new contract, total space of conference rooms offered by the company will be over 2,000 m2. The choice of Millennium Plaza was a result of localisation, crucial for the clients from training and conference sector and our former cooperation with Atlas Estates, which has proven to be an elastic and reliable business partner.
