Bank BPH selected AVIA office building

Bank BPHsigned a rental agreement for office area in Cracow AVIA office building.

The new headquarters of Bank BPH will be located in AVIA office building and will occupy area of 3 100 sqm. The building is completed by  joint venture company CA Immo and GD&K Group. During transaction the developer  was represented  by Fisheye company, while  the tenant by DTZ.

BPH is one of the GE Group, the fourth largest company in the world, according to Forbes Global 2000. Move to the new office is planned in December 2014. The company will occupy area of one and a half floor. Previously, the bank was situated in several locations scattered throughout the city. The decision about the rental complies the bank's strategy involving a property consolidation in order to achieve better results.


AVIA office building will offer more than 11 500 square meters gross office area. The typical floor in the building, arranged around a green courtyard situated in the middle of the green courtyard, will include more than 2,400 square meters. The building was designed in accordance with the standards of Class A buildings, with particular emphasis on the needs of BPO/SSC sectors. The project team includes GD&K Consulting Sp. z o.o.  and Ovotz Design Lab. Tenants will be able to perform any interior decoration. The building will be powered by two separate power cable lines and UPS system as well as the security center of the CCTV system and electronic access control system in the entrance hall. The building will be fully air-conditioned and mechanically ventilated. The office will also contain cafeteria and reception. AVIA building completion is planned in December 2014.


The building is located on Al. Jana Pawła II in Cracow, in area of Cracow Technology Park in Special Economic Zone (SEZ), so that tenants will be able to benefit from aid under SEZ.
