In Krakow complex of Skanska Property Poland area will be occupied by Tesco, Apriso and Olymp Arena.

Skanska Property Poland has signed a lease agreements with the first tenants of office and retail complex Kapelanka 42 in Krakow. Offices in the building will be  occupied by Tesco (international supermarkets chain) and Apriso (a company owned by Dassault Systèmes), as well as local branches of the Skanska Group. Canteen in the complex will be opened by Olymp Arena.

Tesco offices will occupy 2,500 sqm of office space. The company will move into the complex in December 2014. During the transaction tenant was represented by Colliers International.

Apriso, belonging to the Dassault Systèmes, software provider for companies operating in the aviation, defense, automotive industry and electronics sectors, has decided to lease 2,440 sqm. office space. The company changes its location in Krakow because of its development and plans to seek new employees interested in the sector of innovative technologies. Apriso will occupy offices in the building at the end of June 2014. The tenant was represented during transaction by Hamilton May.

In addition, local branches of the Skanska Group will occupy 1,400 sqm. , and canteen – approx. 520 sqm. This means that the entire complex is already hired more than 20 percent.

Kapelanka 42 will consist of two Class A buildings, each of which will offer nine above ground and three underground floors. In total, the object will have approximately 30 000 sqm surface and will be available for tenants in the third quarter of 2014. The complex is precertified LEED at Gold level. The architectural design was created in the office Medusa Group, a general contractor is Skanska S.A. Skanska Property Poland is responsible for commercialization of Kapelanka 42 complex.
