Provident is the new tenant of Gdański Business Center

Gdański Business Center in Warsaw
Provident Polska is the new tenant of Gdański Business Center, under construction in Warsaw.

Provident Polska rented 4058 sq. m of office space in the complex. The investment is implemented by the group HB Reavis at the intersection of Andersa and Inflackiej Streets. The seat of the company will be located on the 9th and 10th floor of the building A in Gdański Business Center, which consists of two office blocks: 16- and 8-storey ones. Colliers International represented the tenant during the transaction.

We plan to use the rented space for the headquarters of the company. We chose Gdański Business Center not only because of comfort, but also because of the location of the office block. The happily finalised negotiations took several months. The headquarters of Provident Polska will be moved into the new building in July this year, said Radosław Wierzchowski, Asset Management Department Director in Provident Polska.

Gdański Business Center is the second project by HB Reavis in Poland. It will offer a total of 46 348 sq. m of BREEAM certified space. Provident Polska joined the ranks of such tenants as SNC-Lavalin and KPMG.

It is a real pleasure for us to welcome a new company in Gdański Business Center. This office building is an ideal place for business, not only because of its quality and technology, but also because of its location. I am convinced that the space created by us meets the requirements of Provident Polska, commented Stanislav Frnka, CEO HB Reavis Poland.

Group HB Reavis is currently implementing the second investment in the capital city - Postępu 14. The first project by the group in Poland is the office block Konstruktorska Business Center, completed in 2013.

The beginning of this year is characterised by a significant activity on the office market, which allows to hope for successive large transactions during 2014. We also observe a growing trend of relocating tenants to newer buildings, noticed Paweł Skałba, Partner in Colliers International.
