Ufficio Primo gains new tenants

Ufficio Primo in Warsaw
Four new companies moved into Warsaw office block managed by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.

The office block on Wspólna Street 62 gained new tenants from the financial and investment sectors: Private Wealth Consulting, IFIS Finance and Raymond James. Showroom in the building will be also opened by Luxottica - the producer and distributor of glasses made by world-famous brands. In total, the tenants will take up ca. 1200 sq. m.

We are glad that the standard and location of the building as well as its unique style, inspired by the Italian Renaissance, has found recognition in the eyes of our new tenants. We managed to unite the original architecture and the functionality of a modern office building in quite a unique way. In the centre of Warsaw, this type of space is rarely available, commented Piotr Trzciński, Head of Asset Management in Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.

Iwona Skolicka, Marketing Manager in the company Luxottica Poland, lists the reasons why the company decided to arrange the showroom in Warsaw Ufficio Primo: First of all, the luxurious project and the workmanship of the building itself ideally corresponds with the image of our company and the prestige of glass brands, which we have in our portfolio(such as Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Giorgio Armani and others). The second factor was the convenient location, which will allow our customers to easily find our place in Warsaw. We have not found any other place in the capital city which would so precisely refer to the Italian roots of our company and products. Iwona Skolicka adds that opening this facility is yet another step in the development of the company.

Ufficio Primo offers 6000 sq. m of total area, located on six floors above ground. In the building, there is also a multi-functional conference centre located on two floors. The property, designed by the architect Marek Leykam, was built in 1960s and it was intended as the seat of the the Presidium of the Government. In 2012, there was the end of a thorough modernisation of the building, during which original details of the building were exposed, such as patio, columns, decorated balustrades and skylights in the dome.
