The Italian producer of exclusive household appliances, that is SMEG company, decided to rent an office and commercial local in Iris building located in Warsaw. The new tenant occupied 230 sq. m of area in April 2014. SMEG company was advised by CBRE during searching for a local and negotiations of lease conditions.

Iris office is located at Cybernetyki 9 and it is owned by Celtic Property Developments S.A. company. The building was commissioned in December 2012. It offers ca. 14 300 sq. m of office area on five tiers and its architectural project was devised in JPM Design and Build studio. The structure is a member of Cybernetyki Office Park. Moreover, Helios and Luminar offices, which were sold to German DEKA Immobilien investment fund, were built within this complex.
