One of the largest distributors of press on the Polish market – that is Ruch SA decided to extend a lease contract in Annopol Logistic Park complex. The agreement concerns 2400 sq. m of office and 10 000 sq. m of warehouse area, that is 100 per cent of available space in the fifth stage of the complex.
ECI SA, a developer of Annopol Logistic Park, is currently realizing another stage of this investment. At present, Nord Point is being realized within the complex. It has 5500 sq. m of office area and 153 parking places at its disposal. The structure is rented in 60 per cent.
Furthermore, Impel SA also decided to extend its lease agreement. The company has been functioning on the Polish market for 23 years as a deliverer of services for business in the area of property protection, monitoring and cleaning services. The company occupies over 2000 sq. m of office area in Marsa Park complex. The investment owned by ECI SA is composed of two offices as well as trade fair and congress center and it is located at the crossroads of Marsa, Rekrucka and Okularowa Streets in Warsaw.
