The partnership is going to relocate its headquarters at the end of the first quarter of 2015. International CBRE company was helping it in making a choice. The selection of NC3 was caused by many factors, such as location (the company had to stay in Mokotów due to its activity’s character) and facilities in the neighbourhood, i.a. a proximity of main roads leading out of the city. LeasePlan Fleet Management Poland is a part of the international LeasePlan Corporation N.V. concern – the biggest provider of Car Fleet Management services all over the world. On the Polish market, the company has been functioning since 2001, managing the fleet of over 23 000 vehicles, used by over 900 clients. According to Polski Związek Wynajmu i Leasingu Pojazdów, Lease Plan occupies the first place on the Polish Car Fleet Management market.
The new headquarters grew in size in respect of a space and provides higher standard. It is a result of a company’s development and increase of a LeasePlan team. NC3 building, located at Cybernetyki 4 Street, offers over 6 000 sq. m of office space and an underground garage with ca. 200 parking places. The completion of the investment is planned on the end of 2014. A developer of NC3 is ECI S.A. company. The structure is the sixth realization of the partnership in Warsaw Mokotów.
