PKO Bank Polski concludes contracts with Skanska

Dominikański complex in Wrocław
Green Horizon in Lodz
The largest bank in Poland decided to lease its areas in offices realized by Skanska in Wrocław and Łódź.

PKO Bank Polski signed a lease agreement with almost 2000 sq. m of an office area in the Green Horizon complex in Łódź. The company is going to move into the B building.

The bank decided also to lease over 1100 sq. m of a commercial area in the A building, owned by Dominikański complex in Wrocław. PKO BP will occupy ca. 500 sq. m on the ground floor and over 600 sq. m on the first floor. Thanks to this transaction, the first office in the complex is already rented in 30 per cent, about 10 months before the planned commission.

A social business responsibility plays a crucial role in the bank’s strategy. Choosing areas to our new departments and offices, we follow not only the localization and functionality, but also their influence on the natural environment. Additionally, except for leasing of an area, a comprehensive package of services offered by Skanska provides its adaptation and management on the top level – commented Monika Pawlaczek, Director of Property Restructuring Office of PKO Bank Polski.

We are very pleased that such a prestigious institution as PKO Bank Polski has chosen our investments. Moreover, we enjoy the fact that, next to many other foreign corporations which willingly place their offices in Skanska buildings, we attract also Polish significant brands – added Arkadiusz Rudzki, director for lease and management of buildings’ value in Skanska Property Poland.

In Skanska buildings, areas have been already rented by i.a.: Credit Suisse, WBK Bank Zachodni, Pramerica, Deloitte, EY, Franklin Templeton, GDDKiA, Sygnity, Infosys BPO Poland, PwC, Tesco and Wikia.
