ECO Markant company will transfer its office to Plac Unii

The agency of the Swiss Markant concern rented almost 1300 sq. m of office space in Plac Unii complex in Warsaw.

The new tenant of Plac Unii is one of the biggest service enterprises in Europe which mediates in the inflow of commodities between producers and sales networks. The company is going to move into the new office in April in the following year. It will be responsible for the cooperation with Polish deliverers. The head office occupies 1295,59 sq. m and it will be located on the fifth floor of the B building.

 

The signing of such a significant agreement with a reputable tenant from commercial sector confirms that Plac Unii is a perfect place for companies from different industries. Plac Unii was commissioned in October 2013. The investment is located at Unia Lubelska Square. It offers jointly 56 800 sq. m of rentable space, including 41 300 sq. m of A+ standard offices and 15 500 sq. m of three-level Plac Unii City Shopping mall. In 2012, both parts of the complex received ecological BREEAM certificate with „very good” grade. The Plac Unii project was developed by APA Kuryłowicz & Associates studio under the guidance of Stefan Kuryłowicz. The investment was realized by Liebrecht & wooD Group (major investor – 60 per cent) together with BBI Development S.A.

 

In the group of tenants there will be partnerships from ING Group, Dalkia Poland, Work Service, HRS, A+E Networks Poland, Polski Związek Firm Deweloperskich and Sociomantic Labs.
