BPT Optima fund sold offices in Warsaw and Gdynia

Office projects, that is Obrzeżna in Warsaw and Baltic Business Center in Gdynia, are now in the investment portfolio of Octava FIZAN fund, which is afflicted by capital with a partnership from the property sector – Octava S.A. recorded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The seller, that is BPT fund, was advised by experts from JLL and Clifford Chance companies in the transaction, whereas the purchaser was represented by Magnusson legal office.

 

Obrzeżna building, which is located in Mokotów district, offers 9600 sq. m of office area fully rented by Orange Poland S.A. Baltic Business Center, in turn, is located in the center of Gdynia and has 11 300 sq. m of office space at its disposal. Moreover, companies like Thomson Reuters and Pekao Bank S.A. have their offices in it.

 

Along with the finalization of sales concerning Obrzeżna and Baltic Business Center buildings, BPT Optima finished the process of sales which includes all office structures in Poland, remaining the owner of the development project in the center of Gdańsk (Młode Miasto) and portfolio of properties in the countries of the Baltic Sea Region.

 

The successful sales of the office portfolio in Poland is first and foremost the result of an effective strategy of asset management implemented for Baltic Business Center and Obrzeżna projects within last three years. In effect, it allowed to prepare and sell a stable investment product to owner with a long investment period – comments Antanas Anskaitis, Fund Manager, BPT Optima.
