Warsaw Spire
European Square is being realized by Ghelamco in the close neighborhood to Warsaw Spire complex
Ghelamco Poland gained another tenant of office area in Warsaw Spire complex which is being built in Warsaw now.

Benefit System SA is the third tenant of the complex. It will move into C building at the turn of 2015 and 2016. Moreover, the tenant was represented by Nuvalu agency during the transaction.

Benefit Systems company was looking for a headquarters providing comfortable work conditions and numerous facilitations for its team. Warsaw Spire was chosen because of a modern, ecological architecture, central location of the investment, numerous facilitations for i.a. people who are physically active (for instance bicyclists), innovative technological solutions applied on office areas and European Square, that is a special combination of a work place with a public part – says Bartosz Kozieł, copartner, Member of the Board in Nuvalu.

Ghelamco has signed agreements with two companies so far – EU Frontex and BNP Securities Services which rented area in B building. Frontex agency has been working on it from January this year and BNP Securities Services will move into the new registered office in the second half of 2015. B building, which offers 20 000 sq. m, is rented in over 90 per cent.

We are glad that another big tenant chose Warsaw Spire on its headquarters. We are convinced that our complex will perfectly meet demands of such a dynamically developing and modern partnership. Benefit Systems appreciated our competences concerning combination of work place with a newly opened public space, offering an area intended for meetings, relax and cultural events to employees and Varsovians – says Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial & Business Development Director, Member of the Board in Ghelamco Poland.

Warsaw Spire complex is composed of 220-meter skyscraper (A building) and two 55-meter adjoining structures (B and C). The buildings will jointly offer ca. 100 000 sq. m of office space. The investment is being built in the center of Warsaw, in close proximity to the second line of a metro – Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. Moreover, a car park for 1300 vehicles is also envisaged in the complex.

B building has been already commissioned. The expected delivery of C building, in turn, is planned on the third quarter of 2015. Moreover, a 220-meter high A building will be ready at the beginning of 2016. The investment is certified in BREEAM system on Excellent level.
