Design office, notary public’s office and restaurant chose a building located in Warsaw Muranów district for their headquarters.

Arup & Partners partnership rented the largest area among three new tenants – that is 1600 sq. m. The company provides services all over the world from the area of investment management, technical consultancy and designing. The partnership has realized such projects like famous edifice of opera in Sydney, national stadium in Beijing and Swiss Re building in London so far. Its portfolio includes i.a. some Warsaw properties: Złote Tarasy commercial and office center, Złota 44 apartment complex or POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews as well as Malta Gallery in Poznań and Congress Center in Cracow.

 

We are moving to Gdański Business Center I strictly from the city center. Our employees got used to easy access to work, therefore we have been looking for an office which is perfectly connected with each district in Warsaw. Moreover, it is important for us that the most modern technologies were applied in the building, thanks to which our office will be functioning in more economic and ecological way – says Andrzej Sitko, director in Ove Arup & Partners, about change of its registered office planned at the end of 2015.

 

The notary public’s office will move into the building B on its ground floor few months earlier – that is in August and it will occupy 120 sq. m. Furthermore, one will be able to benefit from catering services of a restaurant located on the ground floor of the building A from September. It will occupy 470 sq. m.

 

At present, the area in Gdański Business Center I is occupied by such companies as KPMG, SNC Lavalin, the Agricultural Property Agency, WebInterpret, Provident and Solid Logistics.

 

The first stage of HB Reavis investment was commissioned at the end of the second quarter of 2014. The total rentable area of the complex will amount to over 98 000 sq. m. The realization of the second stage – Gdański Business Center II is currently being realized and its completion is envisaged on the first quarter of 2016.
