Tomasz Puch, Director in Department for Office and Warehouse Property Capital Markets, comments the purchase of Wrocław investment: The sales of West House 1B is another transaction, the subject of which are office properties located outside Warsaw. Bearing in mind such a great interest, activity of investors, finalized agreements and negotiations which are currently being conducted, we expect that 2015 will end with a record volume of office transactions concluded on the biggest office markets outside the capital.

The next stage of the building of West Forum complex is currently being conducted. As a target, it is supposed to offer the largest office area in the capital of Lower Silesia – that is ca. 80 000 sq. m.
