We are very glad that the OTCF company joined the group of tenants in Park Rozwoju. Therefore, the first stage of the investment's commercialization is coming to an end. Park Rozwoju, which is located at Konstruktorska 10 Street in Warsaw, is going to offer jointly 32 000 sq. m in two buildings with a restaurant located in the part which connects the structures. A two-level underground garage and aboveground car park with jointly 740 parking places were envisaged in the project. Moreover, relaxation zones were also included: there will be a courtyard with a waterfall and canteen, inside squares with comfortable benches, green terraces on the roofs and outdoor gym. The bicyclists will be able to benefit from garages with holders and changing-rooms with showers.
The choice of Park Rozwoju for the Warsaw headquarters of the 4F company once again confirms a certain regularity – modern and prestigious companies choose office projects which are characterized by a modern solid and more advanced technological and green solutions.
