Sodexo Poland On-Site Services opened two restaurants in the Intel Technology Poland building in Gdańsk in the half of April. It is a debut of new gastronomic concepts of this brand on the area of Poland – Moment’To by Sodexo and Storia Di by Sodexo.

The BE… by Sodexo restaurant has been functioning in the Intel Technology Poland building since September 2014. At present, Intel decided to launch other gastronomic structures which will be managed and run by Sodexo On-site Services in order to fully meet demands of over 1500 employees. The opening of two restaurants in unique gastronomic concepts in Poland is an effect of a successful cooperation with Intel at conducting BE… by Sodexo – comments Katarzyna Skipor, Marketing Director in Sodexo Poland On-site Services. Intel is a perfect example of an employer who knows and can respond to the needs of their employees and provide them an access to the most modern nutritional solutions – adds Skipor.

The offer of a self-service Moment’To by Sodexo restaurant includes all kinds of cuisine – traditional, light, vegetarian or meals without a gluten. The menu of Storia Di by Sodexo is characterized by typically Italian dishes. The employees of Intel company will be able to order bruschetta, focaccia, pizza oven, pasta or cream desserts. The offer will be completed by meals on request prepared by cooks in the live-cooking system.

Intel Technology Poland is the only tenant in the ALLCON@park complex. The first structure of the ALLCON park was founded in 1998. Three offices with the total rentable area of ca. 20 000 sq. m have been commissioned since that time. At present, two other offices class B – ALLCON@park 4 and ALLCON@park 5 owned by the ALLCON@park complex are being built at Słowackiego 175 Street. The projects, which are being realized in the build-to-suit system, will deliver 5150 sq. m of usable area. The made-to-measure building fulfills non-standard technological requirements in the area of i.a. ventilation, air conditioning and power supply systems (dedicated transformer station, uninterruptable power supply systems), telecommunication engineering systems (copper and fiber-optic structural network), fire systems or BMS. The development’s project of the complex was prepared by the METT Michał Byczkowski studio. Moreover, the investor of the property is Słowackiego Plus Investment – special purpose partnership of Allcon Investment.
