Immofinanz has been so far the owner of 50 per cent in Empark Mokotów Business Park. Under the signed agreement, it took over the remaining part of shares from the former joint venture partner – department of Heitman LLC. The transaction has to be confirmed by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection; its termination is envisaged on September 2015. The total takeover of Empark will enhance our portfolio of existing investments and sustain the cash flow in Poland – a country which is one of our growth markets. Emaprk Mokotów Business Park is one of the largest office complexes in the East-Central Europe.
