Bridgestone extended a lease contract concerning office area in the Warsaw EMPARK Mokotów Business Park complex. The tenant will occupy almost 1250 sq. m in the Orion building. The company was advised by the Colliers International agency during the transaction process. While advising Bridgestone, we took many factors into consideration, e.g. possibility of enhancing the standard of office area and providing proper exposition of the client’s brand. Moreover, the location was also important as well as business surrounding, which is going to guarantee all employees a broad range of facilitations. The lease contract which is coming to a close is a perfect moment for analysis of actual needs of the company and its employees – says Paweł Proński, Chairman in Department of Office Area.

The structure offers over 13 000 sq. m of office area to its tenants. The owner of the structure and the whole complex is Immofinanz Group. Empark Moktów Business Park is one of the largest office complexes in the Central and Eastern Europe with the total area of ca. 117 000 sq. m.
