INTERsoft decided to extend a lease contract concerning area in ORION Business Tower in Łódź owned by the Catalyst Capital fund. In the transaction process the owner of the structure was represented by NAI Estate Fellows, which is also a manager of the building. INTERsoft has been cooperating with our company since 2003. Therefore, we are even more glad that it decided to continue the cooperation for the next years – says Piotr Klatka, Chairman of Department in Łódź, NAI Estate Fellows.
ORION Business Tower is composed of 16 tiers and it offers ca. 10 000 sq. m of office area. The structure is located in the strict center of Łódź at the crossroads of Piłsudskiego Avenue and Sienkiewicza Street. The building is successively modernized in the case of both technical infrastructure and interiors. Moreover, TomTom signed a lease contract concerning 1000 sq. m of office area located on the highest floor of the Łódź office at the beginning of September this year.
INTERsoft was founded in the half of 1997. It functions on the market of software for construction. The company is a general distributor of the ArCADiasoft software. It offers programs for construction from the area of CAD/CAE, programs for use at home as well as education programs. The portfolio of INTERsoft includes each field of design – starting with architecture and construction, through installations and estimating, and ending with management and complex service of a design office, architects, or independent participants of a design process.
