Verifone decided to extend a lease contract in Platinium Business Park. The company also occupied additional space by extending already rented area to over 2600 sq. m. The need for extension of the office results from a dynamic development of the Shared Services Center of the company located in the complex. We have managed to double increase the number of employees in the complex within the previous year and we are going to continue the fast growth. As a target, we want to be a leading deliverer of accounting and IT services as well as customer service for Verifone in Europe – says Chairman of Verifone European Shared Services. The extension of the lease contract is confirmation of assets of the Platinium Business Park complex for us. A convenient location in the Mokotów district at Wołoska Street, functional location of space, friendly common areas and flexible possibility of expansion within the complex made that we decided to extend the lease contract – adds.
Platinium Business Park is located at the crossroads of Wołoska and Domaniewska Streets. It is composed of five office structures class A which offer jointly almost 55 000 sq. m of lease area. The investment was founded in 2010. The project is characterized by a car park with a lake situated between the offices. The owner of Platinium Business Park within the office park is Allianz Real Estate Group. He is represented by White Star Real Estate in the issues related to rent of space.
