Third company from the sector of business services joined the group of tenants in the Maraton office in Poznań realized by Skanska Property Poland APS (Administration Personnel Services) and owned by Bertelsmann Media Sp. z o.o. This new tenant rented more than 3000 sq. m of office space in the building. APS will consolidate most of its Poznań operations in the office. At present, the company hires nearly 800 people who realize tasks related to customer service, teleshopping and back office dedicated to the telecommunication industry.

The choice of new office space for APS is an effect of dynamical development of our company. Gaining of new projects as well as increasing of the existing ones have an impact on growing scale of our business activity and thus the need for new areas and new collaborators. We envisage that this trend will still maintain in the nearest years. Moreover, we are concentrated on two most important groups of stakeholders for us: clients and consultants. The modern area offered by Maraton will allow us to meet their expectations as well as provide better flexibility of business scalability – Małgorzata Żuchowska, Managing Director of APS Sp. z o.o., says.

We are convinced that collaborators of APS will feel comfortable in the Maraton building, which was designed by us in order to meet all needs of dynamically developing companies – Agnieszka Krawczyk-Rogowska, Manager for Lease of Skanska Property Poland, says.

APS was represented by consulting agency CBRE during the process of choosing the location and negotiating lease conditions. The decision of APS about situating its headquarters in such an attractive location and technically advanced structure results from care about collaborators and willingness to provide them with an attractive work environment. Thanks to successful negotiations conducted during the consulting process, the tenant has a possibility of flexible expansion within the structure in the future, which was incredibly crucial for the company with such a stable and developmental strategy – Anna Trębicka, Senior Property Negotiator in Department of Office Areas of CBRE, says.

Maraton is being realized by Skanska Property Poland at Królowej Jadwigi Street in Poznań. The building will offer jointly 25 000 sq. m of leased area to its tenants. It will be composed of six aboveground and two underground tiers. The building of the investment started in January 2015 and it will be completed in the fourth quarter of this year. The general contractor of the building is Skanska SA. The project was devised in CDF Architekci studio, whereas Skanska Property Poland was responsible for its commercialization. The first tenant of the office was Duni European Finance Function – a company delivering services from the area of financing and accounting – and the second one was Bridgestone – an international producer of tires and gum materials – which is planning to launch a shared services center in Maraton.
