These two companies are going to occupy more than 500 sq. m of office space, and all existing entities will be consolidated in this new office. The tenants were advised by Department of Office Areas CBRE in the transaction process.

 

We have been observing interest in the consolidation of office area by tenants for the last several quarters. Such activity allows to manage the registered office more efficiently, as well as enables organizational culture and contributes to creation of innovations. Taking the rented areas into account, legal offices are not such a big group of tenants as they used to be in the past. This dependency is noticeable in numbers – more than 75 per cent of contracts concluded by legal offices in the previous year concerned central office zones. Most frequently it revolved around new agreements (55 per cent), as well as expansions and renegotiations of contracts.
