Unisource company has rented commercial area in belonging to Segro and located in Widzew district Tulipan Park Łódź complex. The transaction was being mediated by consultants from Cushman & Wakefield agency.
Unisource is an international company handling solutions from the area of visual communication, printed material and packaging. The company also offers supply chain management tools. Polish branch is going to occupy 6 800 m2 in total, 6 500 m2 of which will consist of warehouses, while the remaining 300 m2 - of offices.
Tulipan Park Łódź consists of two buildings offering over a total of 33 600 sq. m. of logistics area. The park's owner and manager is British Segro copartnership, which is operating in Poland since 2006 and conducts investments in i.a. Gdańsk, Gliwice, Poznań and Warsaw.
