All-Polish chain of pharmacies GEMINI decided to move its headquarters, which was situated in another location in Gdańsk, to the Alchemia complex. Its new registered office will occupy nearly 450 sq. m in the office tower Aurum, that is the first stage of a multifunctional investment. The chain of pharmacies GEMINI is another company which relocated its headquarters to Alchemia. Organizations notice a need for enhancing comfort and safety of their work. They also meet expectations of their employees by locating offices in modern and well-communicated structures with the access to numerous associated services – Maciej Brożek, Proxy for Development of Torus which is a developer of Alchemia, says.

The chain of pharmacies GEMINI is owned by a company which runs stationary pharmacies in such voivodships as: Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Mazowieckie, Wielkopolskie, Podlaskie and Lubelskie. The first headquarters of this chain was founded in 1990 in Wejherów. All pharmacies are located in e.g. shopping malls, in close proximity to large housing estates and main streets. The chain also runs the biggest online pharmacy in Poland.

A developer of the multifunctional Alchemia complex is Torus. The first stage of the investment was commissioned at the end of December 2013 and it offered 16 700 sq. m of office space. Moreover, a recreation and sport center offering swimming pools, saunas, fitness club and sport hall was also realized within this stage on 4600 sq. m. The structure was sold in August last year and its new purchaser is an entity which is a joint venture between Bluehouse Capital Advisor Ltd and REINO Dywidenda Plus SA managed by REINO Partners. The second stage of the investment was commissioned in October 2015. The project offered almost 22 000 sq. m of office space. The structure was purchased by a company dependent on Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA in March this year. At present, the realization of the third stage – 14-tier building which will be the highest freestanding office in the northern Poland – is currently being conducted. The structure will deliver almost 39 000 sq. m of leased area. The completion of the building is planned on the third quarter of 2017.
