For another 4 and a half years, Weltbild Polska copartnership is going to be the leaseholder of area in Green House. The company will occupy over 2 400 m2 in metropolitan investment executed by an European developer- Liebrecht & wooD.
Weltbild Polska came to existence as a result of fusion of two companies: Weltbild i Świat Książki. The first is the owner of an Internet shop from the very top of e-commerce, the second - one of the biggest book seller on Polish retail market.
Green House office building has a total area of 3 250 m2, divided into three levels. The structure, located on Sienkiewicza St. and managed by WeCare company, is rented out in 100%.
