N21 sold

IVG fund has acquired for close to 15 million Euro a Warsaw's office building from Swede Center

 

IVG Warschau Fonds investment fund has acquired a fully rented out office building N21. Situated in Warsaw's city center, the structure with an area of 3 500 m2 cost around 15 million Euro. During the purchase transaction the buyer was being assisted by Colliers International company and Salans legal practice.

- We're pleased with the addition of N21 to our growing portfolio of commercial properties in Warsaw - commented Maciej Zaidel, managing director at IVG Polska. - N21 is the second building bought from IVG Warschau Fonds fund, which intends to ultimately achieve assets' volume of 250-300 million Euro - he added. After acquisition of buildings Victoria, BTC and Ujazdowskie 10, this office building is the fourth purchase for various funds managed by IVG during the last 12 months.

The seller - a belonging to developer part of group Inter IKEA SwedeCenter company has completed the office building's construction in 2008.
