Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. prolonged a property lease with Accesion Fund Sicav, the owner of IBC.

Citi Handlowy occupies the area of 970 square meter in International Business Centre. Apart form offices the lease encompasses service as well. Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., acting in Poland as Citi Handlowy, is the tenant of Interntional Business Centre since 2008. In the office block it runs a retail sales department.

Krzysztof Łątkowski z Citi Handlowy said: "We are attached to the locations that make us closer to our clients. Citi Handlowy celebrated 140 anniversary of activity in 2010 whereas Citi is celebrating 200 anniversary of activity in 2012, which is the year of changes in many respects. The prolongation of the property lease in IBC underlines the fact that Citi Handlowy commits oneself to remain in the places which contribute to the additional value of our offer and are adjusted to our long-term plans."

During the negotiations the owner of the building was advised by Avestus Real Estate, whereas the tenant was represented by DTZ.
