Industrial and Commercial Bank of China will rent 1.200 sq. m of office space in the Griffin House office building in Warsaw. During the negotiation of the rent contract the bank has been represented by CBRE. The company is also responsible for the interior decoration and designing installations in the Chinese bank’s first office in Poland.
Griffin House is an office building located near Plac Trzech Krzyży in Warsaw. Daniel Bienias from CBRE says: The building is situated in the most desirable office area in the capital, near commercial streets, with an easy access to public transport and the facilities in the city centre.
