Projekt Choinka in Metropolitan

The owner and the manager of Metropolitan, an office building located in Warsaw, are beginning the charity campaign: Projekt Choinka.

The project is organised by Cushman & Wakefield, a consulting firm, the manager of the office building Metropolitan as well as the owner of the building – Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland AG.

During the Projekt Choinka (The Christmass Tree Project) all lessee are going to be able to buy eight Christmas trees decorated by representants of firm dealing with, among others, design and floristics. The trees can be seen on the ground floor of the office building, from the patio’s side at Pl. Pilsudzkiego until the December 11. The next day, they will be given to the winners of the bidding, either individuals or firms.

The gathered funds are going to be used for renovations of the library of Specjalnego Osrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego nr 8 dla Dzieci Słabowidzacych (Special School and Education no 8 for Visually Impaired Children) Centre, Warsaw. The action is conducted as a part of the Schools Around the World (SATW) charity campaign initiated by Cushman & Wakefield in 2005. The aim of the project is to create new opportunities for youth, with family, social or financial problems, to develop.

We heartily invite everyone to see the Christmas trees and we encourage employees and lessees of the Metropolitan enter the bidding of the trees. We hope that the initiative of ours will meet with great interest and we will be able to collect a substantial part of funds for the renovation of the library – encourages Aneta Rogowicz-Gala, Real Property Management Department Director, Cusman & Wakefield.
