International company HB Reavis plans to start realization of an office investment at the crossroads of Chmielna Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue this year. A 310-meter-high building is to be realized within the project.
HB Reavis has announced the acquisition of the BEM Palace in Budapest from Europa Property Fund. The building is the company’s third development site purchased in the Hungarian market and their first redevelopment project across all markets.
