HB Reavis has secured a new client for its buildings C and D within Gdanski Business Center in Warsaw. Nielsen, a global leader in the area of marketing information, media measurement, analysis and business information, has signed a lease for two offices totalling over 4,600 sq m.
Employees spend many hours in their offices and thus the appearance of such rooms is of great importance. Fortunately, modern registered offices are more frequently orientated to flexible model of work, which brings profits not only to clients but also to employees.
HB Reavis signed a preliminary sale contract concerning two buildings within Gdański Business Center. It is one of the biggest transactions on the real estate market in Poland and in the whole Central and Eastern Europe this year.
HB Reavis Group sells Konstruktorska Business Center in Warsaw to the investment company Golden Star Estate B.V. It is the first such transaction concerning sale of investment owned by HB Reavis on the Polish market.
The project 33 Central was sold to the American bank Wells Fargo. It is one of the biggest contracts concluded on the London real estate market this year.
