Which of the offices modernized by your company were the most time-consuming?

For the present, it is the building of Stara Poczta in Gliwice, that is DL Center Point Gliwice situated at Dolnych Wałów 8 Street, which was founded in the years 1903-1906. It is maintained in the historicism style with elements of the Gothic Revival. The most important fact is that it is one of the most beautiful buildings in Gliwice. Due to its differentiated architectural solid and interesting decoration of elevation, it was entered into the register of monuments of the Silesian Voivodship. The office was built from clinker brick and it has numerous ceramic decorations. The elevation from Dolnych Wałów Street is crowned with the tower decorated with blends and transparent decoration made from rose windows. It creates an irregular geometric figure by its shape. The middle part of the building has a courtyard and main hall. The office areas are arranged in an office setting. As we can see, it is a special building and we should treat it this way. It is the business card of our portfolio and we hope that all tenants who have already signed the contract, or who are in the process of closing the lease agreements, will be satisfied.

Rewitalizacje starszych obiektów to trend ogólnokrajowy

Nie zgodze się z tym. Takie obiekty są poddawane rewitalizacji głównie z braku możliwości wybudowania nowych w centrum miasta. Większość firm wybiera jednak budowę niż rewitalizację jeżeli jest taka możliwość.
