As Jones Lang LaSalle announced, Opera Office Got a use permit on August 17. Mikołaj Konopka from Euro Styl, a company being the investor of the project, says: The whole process of the realization of the OPERA Office investment proceeded according to the assumed plan. We are proud that, both in terms of technology and commercial issues, we achieved assumed goals.
Opera Office comprises two parts: a four-floor wing A with a floor of the area of about 700 sq. m ana a three-floor part B, with a floor of the area of 1000 sq. m. Altogether, the building offers the area of about 7600 sq. m.
Solutions used in the project Opera Office represent a very high level. The building’s standard includes air-conditioning with humidification, BMS, raised floor or suspended ceilings. Its employees will have at their disposal car parks (underground and overground) offering about 200 parking places.
The office building is situated at Aleja Zwycięstwa in Gdańsk, in the vicinity of Opera Bałtycka, Politechnika Gdańska (Gdańsk University of Technology) and a station SKM Politechnika. Near the building, there is a leisure and sports centre equipped with gyms, a swimming pool, tennis courts and a pitch.
As Magdalena Reńska from Jones Lang LaSalle says, An office building of the A class, OPERA Office was built by Euro Styl with the preservation of the highest technological standards and the care for details. The project engendered big interest of prominent tenants, that is Lloyd’s Register, KPMG, Raiffeisen Bank, Lufthansa Systems Poland, Metsä Group, Kancelaria BSJP and EURO STYL, who already in September will move in their offices, filling the building in over 95%. The preservation of an old-growth tree inside the building, in its patio, is a curiosity. This distinguishes it among other building investments and refers to the park that surrounds the investment.
