Wikana Bines Park wants to let 14 thous. of office space.
Cushman & Wakefield became the sole agent at commercializing the logistical and office centre Wikana Biznes Park, being created in Lublin.

Already in the first quarter of 2013, office space will be available in the office building being created in Lublin as a part  of logistical and office centre Wikana Biznes Park. The building is subject to the Special Economic Zone Mieles, subzone Lublin. The office building will consist of two joined foor-floor segments. At the first stage, 7,5 thous. sq.m will be intended for lease, and at the end, this number will be almost doubled. The smallest modules will be 400 sq.m. In the building, there is an underground garage for 165 cars and external parking places  are intended for 81 cars.

-   The complex is distinguished by modern architecture. Tenants may also find the vicinity of an airport in Świdnik, being currently under construction, attractive. The convenient communications with the city centre and benefits from being located in the SEZ are also important. Besides, Lublin is an important scientific centre, with 14 schools of higher education. It is a great potential for companies, especially for those from the IT sector which would like to locate their science and research centres here, as Marek Skrzydlak says, Senior Negotiator, Division of Industrial and Warehouse Space, Cushman & Wakefield.

It is worth emphasizing that Wikana Biznes Park is created in accordance with the norms of sustainable building industry. Its design solutions regarding construction, elevation and internal installations were based on energy –saving and passive  technologies. Owing to that, it will be possible to, among others, reduce undesirable losses and gains of heat by the use of solars, photovoltanic cells, external shutters and low-e glazing.
