Plac Unii is one of the more important commercial investments being built in Warsaw right now.
Construction of rooftop's steel construction, which is to be covered with glass, is being realised now. Construction workers intend to finish the building up to its raw state before winter comes, which should allow for heating the building and preforming finishing works.

Currently the roof's steel construction is being installed over Plac Unii's shopping mall. Construction works are going according to schedule. Completion of the office-retail-services complex is planned for autumn 2013. Warsaw's Plac Unii is an investment consisting of three structures offering a total of 56 800 m2 of rent area, including 41 300 m2 of office area in A+ standard.

- The beams are being transported directly onto their target places, which gives an idea about Galeria Miejska's height and volume - explains Mariusz Dziubiński, Project Manager from Liebrecht & wooD company. - Glazing an over 2000 m2 roof will allow for free sunflight access into shopping mall's interior. We intend to finish the building's raw state before winter comes, which will allow us to heat it and perform further finishing works.

It's worth mentioning, that both office and commercial parts recently recieved a prestigous BREEAM certificate with "very good" grade. Plac Unii is being realised by Liebrecht & wooD Group (major investor - 60% ) together with BBI Development NFI SA.

Projekt pl. Unii budzi podziw. Oby więcej takich budynków, a Warszawa wypięknieje w mgnieniu oka!
