By the end of august 2013 GWI GmbH, subsidiary of Erbud SA, is going to build the Quartier Am Bonneshof office building in Düsseldorf, Germany. According to the deal, GWI GmbH is to realise the building up to raw state. The investor and employer is Quartier Am Bonneshof company with headquarters in Oststeinbek, Germany.
It is an another contract for GWI GmbH in recent times. The company already has under its belt a deal worth over 8.8 million EUR for the construction of an office building Oberkasseler Tor in Düsseldorf, which is to be completed in june 2013.
