Warsaw. Skanska is going to entrust the building into Jones Lang LaSalle's care in october this year.

 

Jones Lang LaSalle is to be the manager of the 8-floor A-class office complex Green Center, located on Centralna St. in Warsaw. The building, whose construction begun in february last year, is to be completed soon - fourth quarter 2012. Green Corner has around 25 000 m2 of modern office area as well as a two-storey parking lot, intended to house 256 parking places for cars and 40 for bikes.

Green Corner is Warsaw's first office project precertified in LEED system on the highest, platinum level. Among the many utilized ecological solutions there are increasingly popular photovoltanic cells, which will allow to use sunlight to produce electric energy.

Another advantage of this investment in Warsaw is its location, allowing for fast and efficient access to other parts of the city- both by car or through and means of public transport. In as little as ten minutes one can reach the planned station of second subway line: Rondo Daszyńskiego.
