Currently in an advanced construction phase, Warsaw's office complex Oxygen Park will be commercialized by Colliers company. It is going to consist of two six-storey buildings erected in accordance to sustainable building principles and subject to BREEAM system certification. This modern office structure, situated near Aleje Jerozolimskie, is to be completed next year. The structure shall have 141 places in an underground parking lot and 21 places outside the building. A parking for bicycles is planned as well.
