Belonging to an international Skanska Group, Łódź's office building Green Horizon is based on sustainable building principles. The A-class office complex, located on Pomorska 107 St. in Łódź, near Solidarności roundabout, will consist of two buildings offering a total of 33 000 m2 ( building A - 19 000 m2and building B - 14 000 m2 ). First building is to be finished by the end of this year. It's main lessee is Infosys BPO Poland. Skanska itself will have it's office in Green Horizon as well.
- Skanska Property Poland's office projects perfectly suit the needs of companies in BPO sector, which offer spacialistic services for businesses. These companies find location with good access to public transport, ease of interior arrangement, energy-efficiency as well as developer's flexible approach to the lesseess needs particularily important. That is why our buildings are so popular among companies from this industry. Łódź's Green Horizon, whose main lessee is Infosys BPO is a perfect example of this fact - says Arkadiusz Rudzki, Director for Lease and Building Value Management in Skanska Property Poland.
It's worth reminding that last year Green Horizon recieved an environmental LEED precertificate on Gold level as well as GreenBuilding certificate.
- Green Horizon is a building friendly to both tenants and the environment. Savings in media usage greatly decrease costs of renting area in the building - says Aneta Rogowicz-Gala, Property Management Department Director, Cushman & Wakefield.
