On September 22 the representatives of the developer, LHI, and the Jabłkowscy family officially opened Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich, an office building situated in Chmielna Street 19 in Warsaw. The revitalization project of the property dating back to the 1930s has been carried out by LHI in cooperation with Dom Towarowy Braci Jabłkowskich.
The opening has been preceded by a panel on the revitalization of Warsaw’s historic areas, in which took parts representatives of law offices, consulting companies and architectural studios as well as varsavianists and the media. The meeting was accompanied by a modern art vernissage, organized in collaboration with Galeria Milano. The presented paintings were sold during the evening auction.
Hochtief Polska S.A. was the general contractor of NDJ, while its project was made by Atelier 3 Girtler&Girtler. Knight Frank was responsible for the commercialization of the property. The 6-storey office building offers 2 850 sq. m of rental space. The ground floor will provide space for commercial facilities.
