The Chimney Poland specializes in postproduction, i.e. Digital Intermediate technology as well as special effects for TV and film production. The company has just leased 1000 sqm of office space on 1st floor in Bobrowiecka 8, which belongs to a larger complex.
The office complex designed by JEMS Architekci comprises Bobrowiecka 6 and Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building adjacent to Bobrowiecka 8. It offers a broad range of services such as gastronomic premises or rehabilitation center (first of them), two grocery chain stores, two restaurants and bakery (the last one). This complex had a significant impact on the neighborhood and it definitely diversified its surroundings.
The fact that commercialization level in Bobrowiecka 8 has already exceeded 80% is of great importance to us as it foreshadows the upcoming completion of this project. It also means that design assumptions accepted by us, diversity of available space and flexibility of completion meet expectations of increasing group of tenants who choose our building as a new location for their companies. We’re currently negotiating lease conditions concerning last available spaces – says Dariusz Sokołowski, Chairman of the Board of Spectra Development.
Finishing and design works are currently being carried out on the leased area. The Chimney Poland plans to relocate to this new head office at the end of Q1 2019.
Spectra Development is a developer of this investment, whereas general contractor is Hochtief Poland. The tenant was represented by Kancelaria Brochocki during negotiations and CBRE agency was an advisor on behalf of lessor.
